Mouse listener to draw ROI on DIC/Ch02 and measure in Ch01

This is a script written to rapidly measure large ROIs (500 pix right click, 700 pix left click).
It asks to select a folder with ch01 and ch02 series, opens ch02 (DIC) of each set and allows selection a ROI by mouse click. It continues to measure intensities within that ROI in ch01 (FDA) and loops through the images in the folder building a cumulative result table.
